The subjects for which calculator is allowed are Mathematics Level 1 and Mathematics Level 2. You must put it away when not taking a mathematics test. A scientific or graphing calculator is necessary for these tests. We recommend using a graphing calculator rather than a scientific calculator.

No, I don't think you can. In fact, you won't be able to complete it from the same university as well because there is only 3 years' buffer time to complete your degree.

Your questions answer is subjective to your preferences. If you are good at solving lot of easy problems quickly and little poor at solving difficult problems, go for MAT. If you take time solving problems, but you get them finally, CMATs pattern may be more suitable for. Let me elaborate
Both CMAT and MAT are aptitude tests for tier -2 or tier-3 business schools. They won't fetch you the best colleges. If you want the best go for CAT. MAT has five sections. Past academic achievement does not guarantee you a seat in IIM But yes they matters in overall selection procedure. First you have to score 99+ percentile in CAT and have to perform well in GD and PI to get into IIM A/B/C. Getting a call from an IIM is not a big deal but converting it is herculean task. All the best.
