I guess, the best courses are:B.Com (H),Economics (H), or you can prepare for CA too. And, try to score 90% to 95% in boards examination in order to get admission in Delhi University, because it is the best and internationally recognized too amongst other universities. Further, you can go for banking or UPSC exams too.

There are only 15% government college seats allowed through ICAR exam. The cut-off seems to increase with each passing year and the growing popularity of the course. But for general category, 60% marks will assure to get a good college all over India.

There is BHM in many other private hotel management colleges also, but to get into IHM-Kolkata, apart from scoring 50% in class 12th, it is also necessary to write NCHMCT JEE exam and score better rank to get placed in top IHMs.

According to me, there are rules in some colleges that they provide 100 fee waiver to SC/ST category and also scholarships are available for SC/ST category.

No, I don't think so that they provide free laptops to students as I haven't found any information related to this. But yes, in Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences there will be a computer lab where you can use computer when needed.
