I would say that whichever college you studying, would surely assist you with companies for your training as OJT (On-the-job-training) is a mandatory part of curriculum for all professional programs.
Apart from the assistance that your college might provide, I would suggest you to keep a track of companies hiring for HR trainees. You can register yourself with various job portals for help.
Adding more, the companies either visit the college to recruit students or participate in job fairs where various students and recruiters get together.
