If your want to persue 3 year LL.B. course, then you may think for the following colleges:
1. Government Law College, Mumbai,
2. ILS Pune,
3. Pune University,
4. Delhi University,
5. BHU
Kindly note that CLAT is after +2 and is for 5 year LL.B.
There are other good Law Colleges such as NLSIU Bangalore; NUJS Kolkata; NLU Jodhpur etc. however they have 5 year LL.B. and you have to clear CLAT after +2 and there is maximum age restriction for taking CLAT exam i.e. 20 years.

You can join Diploma in Electronics and Communication in any Polytechnic of your choice. This will be added asset in your qualification. Once you get a job you can study B.E or B.Tech as part time.
