Traditionally, BHMS admission required candidates to appear for various entrance exams like NEET, KEAM, PUCET, IPU CET, among others. These entrance exams assessed the candidates' knowledge and aptitude for the course. However, for non-NEET students, there are alternative routes to secure admission into BHMS programs.

Direct Admissions

Many colleges offer direct admissions to BHMS courses based on the candidate's marks secured in the 10+2 examination. These colleges assess the candidate's academic performance and grant admission to eligible students. For non-NEET students, this can be a suitable option to pursue BHMS without appearing for the NEET exam.

Sample papers help students get ready for exams by showing them what the question paper might look like. They also help students understand how marking works and how much time they'll have for each question. 

The SEBA is Assam's state board that runs the High School Leaving Certification Examination (HSLC) each year. The HSLC exam covers subjects like English, Maths, Assamese, Social Science, Hindi, and General Science.

• You generally cannot choose which Lucknow center you get. In most cases, the allocation to "Lucknow I," "Lucknow II," or "Lucknow III" is done automatically by the ICAI's system based on several factors, including seating availability and the area code you entered in your application.

• The centers might be in different areas of Lucknow. Lucknow is a large city. So, Lucknow I, Lucknow II, and Lucknow III could be in very different parts of the city. This is why it's important to check your admit card carefully and plan your travel accordingly.

Government College of Technology Coimbatore offers B.E course across various All India categories. Considering the TNEA last Round, the cutoff ranges from 1814 to 26729 for the General AI category candidates. As per the Coimbatore Institute of Technology cutoff 2024, the course with the lowest rank is B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering and the course with the highest rank is B.E. in Production Engineering. So, with a rank of 2000 in TNEA, admission is possible at Goverment College of Technology Coimbatore. :

The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to switch branches at an IIT: CGPA: By the end of the second semester, candidates who are SC, ST, or PwD must have a CGPA of at least 7, and those who are not must have a CGPA of at least 8. Course credits: All needed credits, including those for non-graded courses, must have been earned during the first two semesters. Backlogs: By the end of the second semester, you must have no backlogs. No disciplinary action must have been taken against you. Only at the conclusion of the second semester are branch changes allowed, and they take effect in the third semester. The modification is definitive and binding once it is made. Some prestigious IITs, such as IIT Hyderabad and IIT Bombay, have closed branch change choices because students are more interested in core branches. Core branches offer more job and career options.

Considering the TNEA last Round, the cutoff ranges from 1004 to 14869 for the General AI category candidates. As per the Government Engineering College, Thrissur cutoff 2024, the course with the lowest rank is B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering and the course with the highest rank is B.Tech. in Production Engineering.
