Hi Shraddha, it is generally not permitted to work part time during studies in Singapore. But there are certain universities that allow their students. The list of those universities can be had from Ministry of Education and Ministry of MAnpower. Lots of courses are available at subsidized rates. But if you would like further scholarship you can apply for it once you have offer from the University. All colleges nad Universities provide accommodation to their students. If they don't have facility of on campus accommodation they will help you with homestay or private accommodation. And in my opinion UK will be a better option for HR courses. You can also work part time 20 hrs per week and the Universities you can apply to are Sunderland, Univ of Leeds, Bournemouth University.

Well its obviously a good decision like studying in developed European countries and Germany is the good option for post graduation studies and also the favourite destination for international students.The standard of higher education in germany is first rate.There are over 500 international degree programmes offer courses which are entirely or partly taught in English.The German system of higher education is quite different from the Indian system. At a German university you can study for one of the degrees (UG, PG or PhD), the level varying according to the disciplines. Many German universities confer Bachelor's and Master's degrees that are internationally recognised. Prior to enrolment at a German institution of higher education you are advised to find out from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) whether and which of these degrees are recognised in India.You will require around 650 euro approx INR 35,000-40,000 per month,This amount covers housing ,food ,clothing ,study material and other expenses such as health insurance and leisure activities.
