Hi,
If you are relating to a masters degree, then no you cannot apply.
If you are relating to a bachelors degree, then yes you are eligible to apply.
Regarding finance, that again depends on the course you want toa pply for. Please let me know the course you want to apply for so that i can solve your queries accordingly.

Hi Shraddha, it is generally not permitted to work part time during studies in Singapore. But there are certain universities that allow their students. The list of those universities can be had from Ministry of Education and Ministry of MAnpower. Lots of courses are available at subsidized rates. But if you would like further scholarship you can apply for it once you have offer from the University. All colleges nad Universities provide accommodation to their students. As per the entire information provided by you, the highest qualification is BBA and on this basis I would advise you to go for Masters and if you are keen to pursue education in Tourism, you can look up for Masters in the similar field, however, the institutes offering such courses are rare.
