first clear your 10th with good percentage. Then opt for physics, chemistry,maths as your subjects of study in 11th and 12th. After that appear for AIEEE,CET,IIT and other engineering entrance exams and then take admission in civil engineering in a good institute.

Hi Manbeer, the cost would depend on which country you choose. If you intend to go to Switzerland or Italy then the cost would come to about 8-9 lacs per annum including tuition fee and living expenses.

Hi,
Considering the fact that you have posted this question in the US section, i assume you are seeking admission details in US. Please find below the requirements:
1) Have a 4 year degree of equivalent with atleast 75% and above if your want admission in a good university.
2) GRE: You would be required to take the GRE and target a score no less than 1200 in order to be eligible for admission in good universities. The higher you score, the better universities you can apply to.
3) Lastly, you would be required to take the TOEFL. Target a score no less than 100, 90 being the eligible score.
