HI,M sc IT and MCA have both are better for career,but see from company,then MCA are better from MSc IT.I m say that only u r doing MCA is best for u.Every college or institute are required minimum 50% in 12th and also any bachelor degree.Your College or institue are approved by UGC or AICTE.And also required math in 12th must for MCA.If no math,either wise u r doing M sc IT.

Before balancing him,I suggest u shd balance yourself.Go for meditation and suggest the same to ur brother.Love and good vibrations are the only medicine that can heal him.Dont consider him maniac even if he is,try to be normal and patient with him.Talking abt Diabetes proper diet and medicines will help.I Personally feel instead of taking care of physical body more,start caring abt the spiritual soul that resides within all of us,which can never b maniac.

For Admission in germany are granted on the basis of previous academic records .Some engineering programs require a GRE score however TOEFL is a standard test required for programmes that have English as a medium of instruction.
