Being an E&TC Engineer u can choose network line as a good care option.
CCNA is the starting step towards Networking line for more enhancement u must have to some more Certifications. R u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
As Cyber Crime is going high Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose Linux.

Before selecting MBA plz ask some questions to urself.
1. If Not MBA then What Else?
2. MBA at What Cost?
3. What Job After MBA?
4. Are u financial sound or taking loan from bank?
4. How much u will get after MBA?
5. Dose ur base degree get enhanced after MBA or your line get changed after doing MBA?
6. Are u choosing MBA after seeing to the others?
7. How about ur communication Skills?
Just think twice and thrice and if ur answer comes to yes then only chose MBA. Otherwise there are lot of other fields where u can make ur career in less amount of money as well as in less time as well.
First of all u decide on which line u wanted to go. If u want to be in pure technical line then i don't think MBA is require. if u want to come in pure technical line like System Administrator, Network Administrator or Security Administrator then RHCE is the ultimate option which u can do in less amount of time as well as in less money as well. Then u can choose line for Security Specialist for that u can do RHCSS. Cloud Computing is one more good area to explore for the future growth.

The North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX), is a standard examination created by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) to help individual state in boards of pharmacy in US to assess an individual's competency and knowledge so that he or she may be given a license to practice in USA.
Its a myth that, to appear in NAPLEX you need 5 years degree, as you have completed your M.pharma you are eligible to appear for NAPLEX.
If you wish to practice as pharmacist in US, then you need to take this exam.

US and Canada are good study destination to pursue MS.
There are many good universities in these two countries, which offers MS in various fields such as:
Electrical engineering.
Computer Engineering and many more fields.
In order to pursue MS from good and top universities in Canada and US, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.
Universities in US and Canada have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.
An average tuition fee at US universities is around US$ 30,000 per year, average fees at Canadian universities is around CA$ 20,000 per year. the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Well you have not mentioned any exam in particular like IAS or IPS or SSC, yet the examination pattern is same for all as the conducting body is one. There would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.
I would suggest you to spend quality time everyday by reading journals, magazines, newspapers, etc. For your knowledge I am sending you link of institutes that prepare student for Civil Exams.
