If you have 3 years work experience then only you can pursue executive MBA, otherwise you will have to pursue 2 year MBA course. The most important advantage with distance mode MBA is that regardless of your place of residence, you can complete the course as submission of document, fees payment, admission, study material etc are provided on line. Authorized Centers are Authorized to provide counseling and tutoring services to SMU-DE students. The Centers have been equipped with infrastructure and facilities, as stipulated by the University, to effectively support the learning process under the distance mode.
Academic Counseling Sessions
Authorized Centers provide students with a platform to interact with counselors and other batch mates. Students receive personal attention and support at these Centers, including hands-on training at the designated Authorized Centers. These centers provide counseling and hands-on experience for each program (each semester) as indicated in the respective course headings. These Centers will act as the access and contact points between the University and the students.
Practical Sessions
These will be held at the Authorized Centers or specially designated centers.
Internal Assessments
Assignments are given to students at a regular basis for Continuous Assessment and Feedback.
Project
Industry related project work that involves the student to work in an industry of his/her choice to gain relevant work experience in his/her field of interest.
