Dear Surender ,
It is not possible to offer Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), by any university. The Council has stopped approving technological programs offered through correspondence mode by any university located anywhere in India. The only programs approved by the council offered through distance mode are:
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Computer Application (MCA)
So, B.Tech in in any other discipline offered by Karnataka State Open University is not approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
