GVN Infotech is affiliated to Annamalai University but nowadays Annamali University is not functional is shut down for undefined period so i prefer you check out for KSOU or Sikkim Manipal university or Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth for doing your B.Com through Distance education .

I would suggest you to try for part-time MBA from a good college in your locality. Best options for the same are
1. MDI
2. IMT
3. NMIMS
4. SIBM etc.
You may also try for Online Executive MBA offered by good institutes like IIMs, IITs, IIFT, FORE etc in coordination with Hughesnet education and NIIT Imperia.
Distance MBA should be your last preference. Best options for the same are NMIMS Schiool of distance learning, IMT-CDL, SCDL, SMU-DE, IGNOU etc.
