As you know CAT scores really go high, so, keeping this in mind I would say 80 percentile is although a good score but, not of competitive level. However, few of the Institutes which you may consider with this percentile are: IILM (Lodhi Rd), IMDR, SDM-IMD, JIMS, SCM Cochin, IMM, Globsyn, Cosmic, Alliance, ISBM etc.
You can also consider BIM Tech but according to the last years cutoffs it may be difficult to get.
I would like to add here that as the cut offs keeps on changing this list is just the tentative list.

As far as the programs are concerned I would suggest you to visit the Institute and try and talk to few of the current batch students and the faculties this will give you clear picture.

As for the WASE program offered by Wipro too is a good option. The course comes as an outcome of a collaboration between Wipro and BITS Pilani. The admission to this course takes place on the basis of WASE Entrance Test.
Now, it entirely depends on your area of interest and based on which you can opt from the two options. If you are looking for a degree course then nothing better than a MCA course from a good university else if you are keen towards an industry program, you may opt for the WASE program.

if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA. Because knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After that u opt Oracle DBA So that u can become System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin or Database Admin as well.
The combination of RHCE+CCNA+DBA will be good. After completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
As Cyber Crime is going high Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose the OS which is running in Industry like Linux, for that u can opt RHCE & RHCSS (Red Hat Certified Security Specialist) will give u ultimate mileage for ur career. You definitely can and should apply for MAH CET. Yes, even if the person is not a residence of Maharashtra, he/she can apply for the Entrance Examination. Although the government reserves some percentage for Maharashtra domicile but if you do exceptionally well you stand a fair chance.
There is no fixed cutoff to get into the top five B-Schools in Maharashtra, as the cutoffs keeps on changing every year, so the more you score the better it is, the scoring is done out of 200 marks and the cutoffs can go as high as 180 to 190. Last years Jamnalal Bajaj Cut off was 183.

Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. Instead of collecting degree take any International Certifications with u in less amount of time which helps u more. Lots of career lines are there in IT industry. System Admin, Network Admin, Security Admin, Database Admin, Software Developer, Web Developer and many more. Most of the Servers are running on Linux Servers. If u choose Linux platform as ur career option will be the futuristic approach. RHCE, RHCSS, RHCEV, JBOSS, LAMP, WAMP, XAMP CCNA, MCSE, JCP, OCP are some of the Leading Specialization areas where u can get some International kind of quality Certification.
