If you are looking for MBA with top B schools, you need to write GMAT but most of the top business schools will require work experience with GMAT scores. since you do not have work exp, i think you target universities and college which give MBA or masters without GMAT.

After completing B.Sc Nursing, there are many course options available to build a career in your desired field. You may go for :
-M.Sc Nursing
-MBA in Hospital Management
-MPH (Public Health)
But, as you have shown interest in MBA, you may opt for MBA in Hospital Management.

In order to pursue MBA health / hospital management from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. You need to sit for the entrance exam. Some colleges might require MBA entrance exam scores.

No, I don;t think so. PGDHRM should be sufficient for a career in Human resource field. Instead I would suggest that you try to get some experience in field in a large organization. If at all you want to study further then you can study computer programming so that it can help you further in your career.
