It totally depends on your future ambitions and what you see yourself as, Pursuing MBA or MCA is a off beat course getting a popularity these days after architecture since a lot of career options opens up, but I would suggest you to stick with M.Arch (distance edu or full time).

You have a good overall percentile but you won't clear sectional cutoffs for various colleges including IIM's as your sectional percentile in verbal is 62% and most IIM's have the criteria of at least 85 or 90 in all sections.
So, other than IIM's you can apply to GIM, KJ SOMAIYA, UBS, FORE, MICA, LBS and may be some IIT's also, do check the sectional cutoff's on college's website.

100% Scholarship Eligibility - Students securing 93% aggregate and above ((excluding Physical Education/ Fine Arts / Performing Arts / vocational / non written subjects) in CBSE/ ISC Board of Class XII and 80% in Graduation.

To get into the IIMs, you need to give the CAT exam and score well in it.
Do note that even if you score well in CAT, that doesn't guarantee a seat in an IIM, as almost all IIMs consider various parameters (apart from CAT score) like your school marks, reservation category, etc. to give admissions.
