You should complete your class 12th with an optional subject like PCB. You need to get a decent score in class 12th, and then you can choose any medical course like BAMS, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BPT, etc.

85% is very good. If you have managed to take up the entrance exam already for engineering or medical then the path further is clear. If not, you could consider B.Sc or BA and B.Sc in various streams. For example, IT, PCM, computer science, nursing, physiotherapy, food technology and nutrition, etc. If you are from arts background then you could take up BA in journalism or languages, economics, political science, history, etc. If you are from the commerce area, then B.Com is a good start. You may want to consider qualifications like ICWA and CA too for a better hold.
