Subscribe to channels like Takshashila Shiksha on Youtube, they give topics by topics explanation and conduct workshops as wells. It's nice to know that you have completed your Mechanical Engineering recently. Now what should do? You have two choices. Firstly go for PG in a suitable field in engineering. Alternatively go for MBA. Former will take you on the path of becoming a technocrat while later will take you on the path of managing. It actually depends on one's passion and skill sets acquired. Both paths require different sets. And then there is passion! I would advise you to follow path of your passion.

Cutoff changes every year. It should be around 60 percentile. PGDM is more flexible, updated and has more exposure but some consider it as a Diploma degree. MBA is a more official university affiliated degree. PGDM is what I would prefer if you are planning to go abroad. MBA is a better as some countries might not recognize PGDM as an actual of degree because of the word 'Diploma' in the name.

You'd have to apply to FMS Delhi via its website, before CAT. The last date of the application has already passed.
It usually opens in Sept/Oct and lasts until a couple of weeks before CAT.

Not at all, the score of one exam does not affect the score of other exam (s) during the admission process of a particular college. Generally, these colleges ask only for the best scores and not for all of them. So, say if one has scored well in CET as compared to the other exams, then he/she has to submit the scores of CET only. So, in no way will your CAT score affect you during the admission process of the top colleges.
