Hi,
Getting admission in a good university in US for a masters program does not entirely depend on your UG percentage. There are other factors involved like your GRE score, statement of purpose and letters of recommendation. Scholarships also depend on the criteria mentioned+the level of competition+your scholarship essay.
To secure admission and a good amount of scholarship in a good university, you should maintain atleast 75% in your UG specifically in the last 2 years. Also, a GRE score above 1400 would be highly recommended.
for further details, please visit https://usa.shiksha.com
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindl

Hi Vivek, GRE scores are not required to pursue MAsters in the UK, these are required in USA and Canada mainly. I suppose you have given TOEFL ibt, the score is fine. Its a fair percentage from Mumbai University that you have got and you can definitely try in Liverpool univ. But dont forget to mention the reputation of your university and your rank in the class and the highest percentage with which the topper passed. Reco letters are not available online. The matter you should include is : how long the referee knows you, what subjects he taught you, your performance in the subjects he/she taught and in class, it should be on the letter

Hi Bajrang,
This may not be an option as to pursue M.A. from a regular mode in Hindi, it is important to have a Bachelors in this subject. But if you are keen to pursue M.A. through correspondence, in that case you can apply to the Open/ Distance learning Universities.
