Well there is no specific mantra to earn money. As mentioned by that you are an MBA in HR, I would suggest you to apply for a job in any good organization and the you can go for a SAP or any other course related to HR like Six Sigma, SAS etc. for further professional growth.
Hope this helps.

Sure, a student with the science background can get a seat in commerce however the vice verse is not an option. There are many colleges in India offering B.Com and the admissions are made on the basis of the merit of your academic record and the university's criteria. Yet you may refer to the following link to know about the institutes offering this course: http://tinyurl.com/ykgerv9

First of all I would like to say that as PhD is a research based programme which would require you to work under the professors and be in continues touch with them so, it becomes difficult to do such a program through correspondence and that is the reason why, there are not many Universities which provide PhD through Distance education.
Another thing which I would like to add here is that some time back UGC had banned degrees like M.Phil & PhD through correspondence, so it would be better that you plan PhD through regular
However, few of the Universities which may give you PhD through Distance Education are:
IGNOU
Kota Open Unive

As you have not mentioned anything related to your educational qualification it would be difficult to predict and guide you accurately. But then animation is highly creative field and involves a good hand at drawing and an innovative mind; but getting a MBA in animation may not be possible as the same is not a functional combination as this is rare to get a creative course like Animation with a Management discipline, Both of the courses are entirely different.
You can opt for Masters in Animation or PG Diploma courses, and to know about the same, kindly refer to the following link:
