Sorry i would not be aware of the fee plans being offered by the given institute and they are always subject to change. It is best to check while joining. However, like always I would say that nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Go speak to people over there and see if you like their philosophy and they change your perspective. Try their website for more details. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Wish you the best for your career. Please don't compare foreign universities with universities here. If you are doing post graduation first see what kind of courses offered. All are specialized courses abroad and such courses are not offered here. First you have to decide what you want to study. then you see weather it is available in the universites you are looking for.
you also have to decide which country you wanted to. Duration, cost and earnings in part time job and status after student visa are the main factors you have to compare and then decide based on your budget.
There is no concept of placements in abroad universities.
