Hi Amal,
It's difficult to suggest a name as there are many. You must also be careful if the college is worth it or not. If you are looking at budget places check Singapore, China and Hong Kong, Malaysia, Ireland, Poland, etc. Refer to QS Ranking to see university names and rankings.

It looks like that you are new to the banking sector. For getting a job in a bank, common recruitment exams are conducted. IBPS conducts the common written exams for nationalised banks, for the post of PO, clerk and SO. Rather than this, many banks conduct their own exams like Bank of Baroda. SBI conducts its own exam as well. So, you have to take the exam and qualify it.

Both have almost equal significance in terms of placements and exposure. Just that these degrees are offered by different authorities/universities. MBA is offered by a recognized university whereas PGDM is offered by a college affiliated to AICTE. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/resources/mba-faq#8 Please visit this link for more information. Dear,
Every good B-school requires a minimum of 50% in graduation. If you are able to get admission in a college but the college is of B or C grade level then placement and opportunity would be not as per the standard.
There are 2 ways to achieve your goal:
1. Improve your percentage in the Master's degree and then pursue MBA from a reputed B-school.
2. You can consider a few other options for your education too:
1. Advertising
2. Journalism
3. Travel and Tourism
4. Social Work
5. Foreign language from a good institute (affiliated to a particular embassy)
6. Digital Marketing
All the best.

I am a student of IIBS Bangalore, where we have 2 campuses, one is an old campus which does not really have such splendid infrastructure but the new campus is not even a year old and is up and running great. The new campus boasts of top class infrastructure, coupled with computerized labs, top class library and well learned professors. If you are interested in the Noida or Calcutta campus, I will not be of much help.
