This is hard to say as getting a job will depend on what role you are applying to, company requirements, your profile etc. Mere knowledge of German language will not help, it will be beneficial but no job guarantee. Getting a job will depend on your skills, academic performance and subject matter expertise. Kindly, check a job portal for related information and prepare accordingly.

In both, you will start studying from the basics which are taught in class 12th.
You can also do MBA after B.Com.
BBA+MBA is an another option.

There are lots of colleges and deemed universities in Chennai and Hyderabad. But, why stick to only these two cities? Of course, if this is your aim then so be it. However, general rule of probability will apply, meaning as you restrict choice, you have to work hard to get a better ranking as only better ranking can take you to your goal.
