Keep First thing in mind that if you looking for a any engg degree you have to have appear Maths in exam. Right now you are studying in 11th, so in 12th you can keep Maths as well as Bio and appear for exam. so your first issue will resolve.
See there are lot of banks offers education loan, even you get benefit on this as interest rate is low to you as you are a girl (I hope). Even there are lot of scholarships offered from State govt as well as Central Govt for those students who are bright in studies but can not afford it. even there are scholarships from universities as well . if you give your best I'm sure you will find the way to complete your dreams . you just need to be on right track .
I think this will resolve your another issue of money matters .
If still you can not afford it, there are good institutions in INDIA as well who offers BE/BTech in Genetics engg., you can look forward to it.
Still having money issues or any other which keeps you away from engg, you can opt for BSc in Genetics engg/Sciences. & after that you can look forward with MSc.
