Hi,
Nowadays almost all the banks offer education loan to students, to pursue their education in India or Abroad.
The banks offer maximum loan of Rs 10 Lac for education in India and Rs 20 Lac for education abroad.
The repayment period vary from 5-7 years.
The bank do not ask for any collateral security up to the amount of Rs4 lac, but if the amount exceeds Rs 4 lac then the bank will ask for collateral security.
The repayment of the loan amount starts after 6 months of completion of course or after 6 months of getting job, which ever is earlier.
So as per your query I would suggest you to visit any nationalized bank in your city to know ex

There is no formal course on investment banking / merchant banking in India. In fact, most of these professionals are either CA / CS or MBA. Few private institutes offer these courses in metro cities like Mumbai, etc.
However, you can simply join any investment / merchant banking outfit to gain primary knowledge instead of investing amount to undergo fresh course.

Dear Shashank,
It would be great if you can mention the stream you are interested in. However, keeping in mind your interest in Germany, I would Germany is a very nice destination to pursue Engineering as the country is know for its technical advancements.
In fact you can visit DAAD office in order to enquire about scholarships. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
For more, I would request DENNIS VASANTHAKUMAR prudhv Bhatiya to share their expertise.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
All The Best

CA itself is a good course which can help you to get selected in MNC / Private banks provided you have cleared it in the first attempt. Additional qualification like CFA, MBA, etc would be useful to put your career in fast-track mode.

Dear Vivek,
Well it is not advisable for you at this stage to pursue Bachelors from Germany, as you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
So, as a friend, I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.
However as you have asked, I would like to say that there are few institutes offering Bachelors in Automobile/ Mechanical in Germany.
