Both the universities are equally good in terms of exposure, job opportunity and quality of education. But VIT is preferable due to its better ranking and flexible curriculum. You will also get more active and result oriented SAE clubs over there.

There is nothing like weak or strong, you only need self-determination to get your desired goal. If you have PCM in your 12th then you can go for engineering and if you don't want to pursue it then you may pot for B.Sc and start preparing for general competitions.
