M S Ramiah University is not that good as M S Ramiah Institute, first you try for the top 7 colleges , if you don't get any seat there in computer Science you may consider the M S Ramiah University.

Hi Karuna,
As your JEE score is not up to your expectations, you must look forward to the other good and reputed institutions like VIT, SRM , Manipal and colleges through COMEDK and WBJEE.
If you haven't applied for these colleges you may apply for Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune which is also a good institution for CSE branch.

Most of the government film and acting schools accept minimum eligibility criteria as graduation. Eg: Pune Film Institute, National School of Drama-Delhi.
After class 12th, there are many options going for films and acting schools.
But, I would suggest you to complete your graduation. In case the acting career do not work well you will have other options in life to move on.
But anyways the choice is completely yours.
Here are list of few institutions which provide acting courses
FTII, Pune
The Institute offers 2 year PG Diploma in Acting.
National School of Drama (NSD), 3 year Delhi
NSD offers 3-year PG diploma in Dramatic Arts.
