Shailendra, If you have seen the latest results of the toppers of Civil services exams, there are ppl from engg, medicine, law, management. so on and so forth. My sincere advice to you at this stage is to concentrate on the subjects that inspires and interests you more. by studying which you feel you really have learned some thing. Then go for graduation in the same discipline. But since you want to become a civil servant, irrespective of the discipline you choose, plz go through the text books of classes 8th to 12th periodically as it is the rock solid foundation on which the mansion of your dream is built.
All the very best,
Gomti
