This university offers PG course in Journalism through UK' s university
City University London and IIJNM have agreed to a Student Exchange Program whereby a select number of students from each other's college will be able to attend the other's program for a full semester without payment of additional tuition fees. Considering your above mentioned result a wide range of branches would be available to u but your focus should be also on choosing the correct college.
As your question is also focussing on "being a girl" aspect,i would suggest from my experience that the an IT or CS branch is apt for you as it is relatively less physically harassing to be in a computer lab in an AC room than to do a field work .
Also, if at a later point in life,you want to leave the company job ,owing to personal obligations then you can easily switch to teaching (which also require lesser number of working hours,compared to company jobs) as this branch is available
