Hi ,Your 10th & 12th class marks will not have that impact in taking admission in IIMS but iam talking about management courses coz mcom has no value IIMS ,they have there own entrance exam test CAT u have to score minimum 98% percantile and need to score good in GD & PI,but accordingly to my suggestion if u looking for good college i would suggest u go for IIPM they consider student according to their entrance exam which called EPAT also ranking good in accross globe in every sector so u can try for that for further query call 9619708907
