Hello Vijay, The fees that you've mentioned above is not the correct figure for Msc in Mechanical Engineering. Yes you may get a scholarship on the basis of your merit in your last qualification, year of passing and the university from which you pass out.
You may also opt for an educational loan which you need pay only once you complete your education and after a span of upto 6 months or once you get a secured job after the completion of your studies.

-Only some of the selected institutes offer a course in paleontology in the world.
-In India, only one institute offer a course in Paleontology that is :
Geological Survey of India, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad.
-In near future may be a few more institutes would start offering courses in Paleontology.
