1. Qualifying Examination for NET:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. Those who have acquired post graduation from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.

CS or ICWA both are same, but as you have already completed your Bcom do you think you have so much of time to give to another full time professional course that would again take 2-3 years with no gurarantee of being successful? Going for a one year certificate program would be better in your case and with that you can prepare for CS or ICWA as per your interests. (in theory or practical)

-To become an automotive engineer :
1) You need to pursue Engineering degree/Diploma first with a strong base in Science and Mathematics.
2) After graduation you can go for M.E./M.Tech in Automobile engineering.
