I would recommend NCHM+IGNOU Collaboration to offer Hotel Mgmnt Degree program through IHM institutes at all state capital locations, these are govt institutes and with good track record in terms of overall performance & placements . you may visit the specific institute website and NCHM website for more information. Other than this Welcome Hotel Group HM Institute is also very good and then other institutes like Christ University HM course.

But overall opportunities for CS are more since they can work in roles like compliance which fetches lot of money for CS professional
There is also due diligence and secretarial audit in which CS can work
Other areas are tax filing , document validation etc
CWA can perform cost audit internal audit he can also offer various accounting services CWA has major role in manufacturing and service industries and somewhat for management accounting like company ratios
While CS can be appointed in many sectors hence larger area

There are many other good colleges in banglore apart from st.hopkings.
such as Acharya, isbr, etc. st.hopkings don;t have such good reputation and placements as well.
so i will suggest you to look for admission in some other good college having reputation and good exposer and placements.
