No without entrance exam you can't get admission in any good college coz now every reputed college accepts admission through entrance exam score.
there are private universities which accepts admission on the basis of their own entrance exam score.

There aren't any assured chances that you get NIT based on your score in JEE mains. You should not rely only on a single option. You should also apply for some other best institutes either government or private. You can also expect scholarships from some private universities. Although you are not having good score in JEE mains but you may get a government college based on your category. However you shouldn't just rely on one option only and apply for some best private colleges also. Private universities also have best infrastructure and placement record. After completing your 12 with science you have a lot of options to go for. It solely depends on your future plans and interest that which one you go for.
