I would just like to contradict a few points mentioned before by anonymous about users this university. I have no clue what Hindustan was before I joined (2015), but I can tell you what it is now. It is an excellent platform for those who want to grow as an engineer and not just attain an engineering degree.

Dear,
With this percentage, it's difficult to get good college in Canada or any other country.
Either, you need to improve your grades or look for other options in India and improve your grades in graduation than think of MBA from abroad.
All the best.

Fashion designing is entirely a separate field and is not aligned with engineering and your engineering knowledge will go waste. Fashion designing is a creative field and it takes lot of effort, luck and social status to succeed as a fashion designer. If you are sure about your passion and you only want to be a fashion designer, then you may go ahead with degree course in fashion designing from NIFT etc, else it will be better to a MBA and work in fashion industry in management filed.
