As you have not mentioned the college name, you have to check the eligibility criteria of the college if you are fulfilling it then apply for the college if the college asks for an entrance score then take and qualify it.

VJTI is one of the best Institutions of Maharashtra. One needs a percentile of almost 90 to get admission here. With just 95 marks, I am afraid you have very slim chance of admission.
