The most important thing which you need to keep in mind while choosing your career stream is your own interests and career aspirations, so keeping this in mind if you feel that you want to pursue a career in Management and are very sure to do so then you can opt for BMS, on the other hand if you are still indecisicive of the fact that whether you will go for Management or a career in Accounting and accounts related fields like Auditor etc. you can take up B.Com this will open your doors for both the career field be it doing programmes like M.Com, CA, CWA etc. or doing MBA.

Although, there is no neutral public ranking for correspondence MBA programmes, and they all are placed at the same level, but few of the old and reputed Institutes which you may consider are: IGNOU, Annamalai University, IMT, Symbiosis, etc.
I would like to add here that few of the things which you should keep in mind while choosing your University/ Institutes are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), secondly the course curriculum and the study material, Last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try
