Although, even Engg + CWA is also a good combination if you want to get into purely in finance but keep few things in mind which are pointed by Gomti as well, That CWA takes quite a long time to get over whereas MBA gets completed with in two years, apart from this MBA develops your overall personality and impart in you team leading & Analytical skills apart from the theoretical knowledge of the Management subjects. If you still feel that you should go for CWA then I would say go ahead as, more than any thing else the thing which will make you successful in your career is your own interests and career aspirations.
