Hi Hemant,
As stated by you, you are in the 1st year and still have two more years to go about pursuing this course. I would suggest you to concentrate on your course as of now and only after which you may then think about other options.
However, you can also think of preparing for the UPSC exams along with your graduation. The minimum eligibility required for this is a Graduate degree along with the maximum age limit not to cross beyond 30.
