Hi Akhil, to be able to pratise in India, it is mandatory that students pursuing MBBS abroad need to appear for screening test. Not only this before applying for MBBS abroad you will also need to obtain an eligibility certificate from MCI.

HI Akhil, agreeing with Mr MAthur, Indian education is the best and least cost - I wouldn't call it cheap !!! If you plans to practise in India, then study in India, rather going through the hassels of applying for eligibility cert, finding out recognised univ, and then upon return sit for screening tests.
For a course like MBBS the best option is always India, as the degree and the profession is very well valued in India and abroad.
