1. BCA course can provide professional knowledge in programming languages like C, C++, and Java etc. And B.SC CS is a more academic course, and focuses mainly on mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing.

Its just a matter of 2 years. Stick to Hindi Medium because you are used to the learning/teaching of Hindi Medium.

Overall, in order to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in Canada you need to have:
Good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in 12th.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 band plus.
Please note some universities may even require SAT score.
