As per my understanding it is allowed if the two degrees are from two different universities, and one is from a regular college affiliated to a university and the other from a distance education university. However, you can check at the UGC website if you like. Wish you the best for your career. Remember, your Career is a resultant of your knowledge combined with your passion and expression ability. If you like this answer you may select it as best answer or press like.

Hi Vidhi,
Choosing the best institute out of the lot is no doubt a tough task because every institute has it's own plus and minus. So, before enrolling into any one always do check :
- Recognition (UGC/AICTE)
- How old the institute is
- Course details
- Faculty
- Infrastructure
- Placements
- Alumni/Student Feedback
- Fees
