The ideal options after Engineering are-
M.E or M.TECH
M.SC or MBA in respective specialization
You should stick by your domain in order to have an added advantage in the competitive market. At the same time, it is very important that you opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.
If at all, you want to switch over, go ahead and pursue a career in media.
Media education covers a wide range of courses such as Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising or Anchoring/Broadcasting, etc.

U can join institutes for that like NIIT.
they teach you all about networking and also provide you with dumps that are really helpful for appearing these certificate exams.

You can try for admission in private universities like LPU, Manavrachna, Chitkara etc. In case you don't get direct admission then they have their own test for admission clearing which you can get admission in B.Tech.
Otherwise you can also go for integrated diploma-B.Tech degree.
Some of these universities also offer scholarships/ financial aid to students.

Engineering would be a good option for you and if you can get into a reputed college. Unfortunately youramrks are on the lower side. Alternatively you can study science in college, do B.Sc. , M.Sc. adn then doctorate to get into the research field. You can also opt for a career in the education line. You can also prepare and appear for Govt UPSC and state PSC exams to make a career in the administrative line. You can opt for forensic science also. You need to put more emphasis on studies and basically in understanding the fundamentals.
