The process of admission is as follows:
• The prospectus and application form are available by post, and online at our website: www.nsd.gov.in.
• Those who request the application form and prospectus by post should send a demand draft of Rs 250, inclusive of Rs 75 for postage, drawn in favour of The Director, National School of Drama.
• Those who download the application form from our website should submit it along with a demand draft of Rs 150, drawn in favour of The Director, National School of Drama.
• The demand draft should be crossed ‘Account Payee only’.
• Testimonials, copies of certificates and four recent passport size-photographs, non-returnable, should be submitted with the application form.
• Candidates may be required to produce original documents/certificates at the time of the interview.
• Application forms, dully filled in and complete in all respects, should be sent to:

Audience & Eligibility:
-Any individual with basic command over Hindi or English laguage(s) and aspiring to make a career in Indian TV & Radio industry & with atleast class 10th/ higher secondary pass.
-Students already pursuing various graduations degree and diploma courses in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media from other institutes/ colleges or universities can also apply and join the training classes.
Course validity:
The course is valid for a duration of 60/90 days days from the date of making the payment.

Following is the eligibility criteria for Geologist:
-XII (PCM) Graduate degree in Geology . Admission to university courses is merit based
-XII (with PCM) IIT Kharagpur admits students through JEE to 5 year Integrated program in Exploration Geophysics
-After BTech/BE/MSc and Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) admission is made to the 3 semester M Tech in Geology and Geophysics in IIT
Entry through UPSC
Postgraduates in Geology/Applied Geology/Marine Geology/Mineral exploration/Hydrogeology or Associates in Applied Geology of the Indian School of Mines at Dhanbad are eligible to appear in the examination. They should be between 21 to 30 years in age. The examination has 5 papers (English, 3 papers in Geology, Hydrogeology).
Employment Opportunities:
Geological Survey of India and the Central Ground Water Board select geologists through an examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
Geologists work in the private sector as consultants. They are involved in exploration and survey
Geologists are recruited with companies such as Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC), Hindustan Zinc Ltd, Coal India, Mineral Exploration Ltd. Oil and Natural Gas Commission
ONGC holds annually a written examination in two parts. The papers are in General Studies, English and Geology. This is followed by an interview. The selection is based on vacancies.Oil India Limited is involved in oil exploration.
The Mineral Oil Exploration Corporation Limited interviews academically bright candidates for placement
