Hi Aishwarya,
There is no harm in pursuing BMM now.
However, this will not fetch much of a purpose.
Ideally, after pursing 2 years of your b.Tech, you should go ahead and complete the whole B.Tech program.
Mass Communication as a subject opens a wide array of career opportunities in varied industries.
Having a diversified range range of opportunities to choose from, a degree in Mass Communication opens doors to Journalism, Production, Advertising, Anchoring, Publishing, Electronics Media, Print Media etc.
However, it it not as easy as it seems.
Mass communication requires a lot of struggle and patience.
