1. CAT - Common Admission Test
Common Admission Test is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management as a per-requisite for admission to various management programmes of IIMs and other non-IIM institutions. It is a computer based test used to test the following :-
Verbal ability and reasoning
Reading Comprehension
Quantitative skills
Data Interpretation
Analytical and Logical reasoning.
The minimum qualification for appearing in CAT is graduation.
2. MAT - Management Aptitude Test
All India Management Aptitude Testing Service (AIMATS), New Delhi conducts a Management Aptitude Test. Institutes offering recognized PG programmes in management can participate in MAT.
The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University or equivalent recognized degree. A final year student in any undergraduate can also appear provisionally.
3. XAT - Xavier Aptitude Test
Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur conducts an entrance test on all-India level for admission to post graduate management programs in various institutes across India.

XAT evaluates students on Aptitude, English Knowledge and Essay Writing. The eligibility criteria for XAT is that the candidate should hold a bachelor's degree under the 10+2+3 system from a recognized university. There are many universities in India that accepts its score card apart from Xavier's group.
4.CMAT - Common Management Admission Test
CMAT is a national-level admission test for admission in all management programmes (MBA and diploma management courses) approved by AICTE. CMAT was first conducted in 2012 by All India Council for Technical Education, India.
