Hi Vaibhav,
The three countries have different requirements. Overall, you must have very good academic grades to be considered by the top universities. Germany overall is very competitive, more than 75% is recommended. To study in US take the GRE and TOEFL. To study in Canada and Germany , take the IELTS or TOEFL. A few Canadian universities might also require the GRE. Check the admission requirements on university websites and prepare accordingly. Check here

You are too close to it. Last year, IP was closed at 141. This year, as the cutoff has fallen down a lot, you might be getting IP or civil easily, try for mechanical or chemical, but don't stretch for CSE and IT as you won't be able to get it through home state quota too.
Best of luck.

Hi, that is an impressive rank! You'll get seat in both the courses with your rank. But choosing your branch should be based on your interests. If you are into how millions of megabits of data is transmitted across the world and if you want to know how your calls are getting connected to someone on the other side of the globe, ECE is your forte. If you want to learn about heat engines, working of a motor engine and stuff like that, mechanical engineering is your cup of tea.
Remember to always choose your branch out of your interests and not based on other things like placements and stuff.
All the best!

Hello Manish,
You have scored quite well in 10th. Actually, if you study diligently and sincerely, there is no need of any class. However, if you want then you should go for where you will get personal attention.
