You won't get a student visa out of the blue. You must apply to a college and the college must accept you first. Decide what to study and check the admission requirements on university websites and prepare accordingly. Your husband won't get the student visa but a spouse visa.

University of Technology and Management is really good in terms of placements and is the campus of MIT Pune itself at Shillong, Meghalaya. Big brands such as IBM, Infosys, Genpact and Hitachi are the recruiters for campus placements at UTM.
