You can get some NITs like Goa, Manipur, Sikkim, Agartala, etc. and some IIITs but I think you may not get it in the first round of counselling.
You may refer the link below for the previous year closing and opening ranks:
http://josaa.nic.in/Result2016/result/OpeningClosingRank.aspx
This will not be the same this year but it may give you an idea of which colleges you may get.
The counselling registration starts from 15 June and the first round seat allotment is on June 28th. Refer www.josaa.nic.in.

Which course you want to do is a very generic query, you should be knowing what you want in terms of your career and interests and decide accordingly. For careers in pharmacy and even if you want to study pharmacy you may consider Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, USA, Japan, Denmark and Sweden.

Very frankly, 55% is not a good score for a top notch university like HEC. Please study harder and try to secure not less than 70% if you can. A first class is a minimum requirement if not 70%. A very good GRE score is required, aim for more than 310. You have to work extra hard on your tests and application since your college aggregate is poor. You have to take the TOEFL or IELTS too. Your SOP or resume and the LORs will be very crucial. Also work on developing your overall profile and be an all-rounder for top notches.

As your rank is just near the cut-off for OBC in Jadavpur University and 86 marks in NATA are very low because 90+ are consider for admission in B.Arch.
So, you can try in any other private university/college. If you find my answer reliable, you can appreciate it by hitting the thumbs up and follow button.
