It is difficult to specify a name since every university has different admission requirements. You must also keep in mind the number and nature of applicants that is your competitors. Your profile seems to be quite good but 72% is not enough for a free university like TU Berlin or TU Munich but you should try applying. Prepare a very strong SOP. Check universities like RWTH Aachen ( very competitive), Westcoast University of Applied Sciences, University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, University of Duisburg, Chemnitz University of Technology and Esslingen University of Applied Sciences.
