I will prefer EC. When I see the total pass-outs in CS then I see a very long queue in the city for placements. The queue contains BSc, BCA, MCA, MCS as well as BE is CS. Since computer science and iT have similar syllabus and applications so the queue or competion doubles. EC queue is relatively one fourth and Mech is and eighth and Civil queue is one tenth. Now decide.

If Aurora college is AICTE approved then it has to follow the minimum basic lab and lecture facilities laid down by AICTE. Depending on given basic required facilities, student can develop himself. A person does not require to eat in 5 star hotels to become physically strong. A simple minimum required diet will be good enough. So if you are getting the admission easily and fees is affordable to you and your parents then I think you should go ahead.

Hi Ilaiyaraja,
The eligibility to sit for CAT is that the candidate needs to have a minimum of 50% and above aggregate marks through a recognized University. The students can even appear for this test after giving his/her final year Exams.
As far as preparation of CAT is concerned, as every individual is different so is his capabilities and the capacity to perform, so depending on your level of capability which you may gauge by taking a mock CAT, you can take a decision whether you should go for self study or Coaching. However, as CAT is quite a tough Examination advisable would be that you should join some coaching.
